A magnitude 6.6 or 6.8 earthquake struck Luding County in Sichuan province, China on 5 September 2022 at 12:52:19 local time.1
On September 9, BMC decided to donate RMB500,000.00 to the Sichuan Charity Federation to help carry out emergency disaster relief and rescue.
BMC will continue to pay attention to the progress of rescue and post-disaster reconstruction work in the disaster area, and wish the affected areas to overcome the difficulties as soon as possible.
