Reduce the risk factors of COPD
AS a worldwide health issue. Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (Called “COPD”), which caused by cigarette, is still an important cause of morbidity, mortality, and health-care costs worldwide. 1How to reduce the risk factors of COPD is a question.
No Tobacco
The main cause of COPD in countries all over the world may be tobacco. The tobacco contains the cooking fuel and the cigarette. It is shown that in some developing countries, COPD often occurs in people exposed to fumes from burning fuel for cooking and heating in poorly ventilated homes.
The others, who are chronic smokers may develop clinically apparent COPD because of the lung disease.
Keep the environment clean
People with asthma can feel it is very important to have a clean environment. Asthma, a chronic airway disease, may be a risk factor for developing COPD.
Keep yourself living in clean environment without no tobacco , wearing mask as you can.

Keep away from dust and chemicals
Long-term exposure to chemical fumes, vapors and dusts in the workplace can irritate and inflame your lungs. Someone may need to work with all of them. Just Wear protective masks and clothing. You need to take a shower at once you leaving the working environment.

Physical examination per year
The uncommon genetic disorder alpha-1-antitrypsin deficiency is the cause of some cases of COPD.  Someone who are smokers with this disease may will get COPD. Keep physical examination per year once you have the corresponding symptoms, control them in time
